Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team of hair fairies gets to work!  Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepped for shipping. We promise it’s worth the wait, Dolls!

Shipping Time
After your order has shipped, you can expect your gorgeous wigs to arrive within 5 to 10 business days.  Delivery times might vary depending on your location, but we’re committed to getting your fabulous new look to you as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Policy
At My Sweet Hair Addiction, all orders are non-refundable and final sale. We want to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for our Dolls. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something goes awry, please submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information for updates.
